I haven't written many reviews but I had to write one on BE ONE. I can't remember what room we had but it was some of the best interior decorating I have seen in a hotel room at that price level. Fendi and Kenzo interiors as well as Bulgari toiletries, beautiful marbel floors in the bathrooms. We weren't expecting much when we arrived but were blown away. The staff were excellent, pretty much shaped our entire stay in Florence of which was our first time. They helped us with every single query and went beyond. Very friendly, patient, educative of Florence, funy and enthusiastic. Perfect! Location was also great if you want to be central.

Staff, Decoration, fendi furniture!, Cleanliness, Location, everything!
Still a new hotel so it was hard to find it but im sure they will work this out at the end. Again because it was new, the breakfast was a disappointment but im 100% that they are in the process of improving it. Thanks to the Reception Girl, Rosanna, she was an AMAZING help! Its a great hotel, and a wonderful stay and yes I will definitely recommend it!

The property is centrally located, close to popular attractions such as the Duomo, Uffizi, and Mercato. the staff is excellent, providing friendly and helpful service. the room is spacious and comfortable for a family with teenage children. the included full breakfast is a great value. the hotel also offers a personalized touch with a farewell card upon checkout.
Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel had been only open about 3 weeks, so everything was brand new. The staff at the hotel were fabulous. Roseanna, Antonio and Nicoli made our stay wonderful. We were greated at the door when we first arrived and were truly treated like royality. Roseanna sat us down and explained the city, provided us with lots of tourist information and was so helpful to us. They all went "above and beyond" to make sure our stay was going to be something very special to remember. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Excellent location(the Duomo is 2 blocks away) and easy walking distance to the Rialto bridge. A little hard to find(taxi driver wasn't sure where it was) but it is adjacent to the Hard Rock cafe. Ask to stay in the Georgio Aramani room(all the rooms are named).
The only negative I have is there is a little terrace off the lobby and unfortunately people are allowed to smoke there and the smoke then gets into the lobby. And truly, this was the only negative!!

We were welcomed with snacks & glass of juice & prossecco on our arrival & felt like we were checking into a luxurious hotel. They helped us with our heavy bags & the room was modern, new, clean & bathroom had rainshower with Blvgari toiletries. Fluffy room slippers & very comfy bed.Free internet & location is right in front of shopping area in town but the rooms are absolutely quiet.Breakfast( included in price) is in a restaurant across the street with a view of the Piazza. Great place to stay in Florence as all sights & shops are within walking distance Small hotel.Fantastic stay.
We had to climb up 1 short flight of steps to get to the lift landing which can be tiring if you have heavy bags but the reception helped us with the bags so it wasnt a problem. Feels like you are going into a office building but once you step into the entrance of the Hotel, you feel like you are in a luxurious home. Parking may be a problem as no vehicles are allowed into the city centre except for taxis & buses.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming, with a touch of elegance and craftsmanship that truly represented Italy. The common areas were cozy and refined, making it easy for senior people to relax and enjoy. Accessibility was a priority, with well-maintained facilities and no need to climb stairs. It was a perfect fit for seniors like me.
I would have appreciated a more attentive staff, especially when it came to providing basic necessities in the common area. It would have been helpful to have cork screws or other small items available for guests, as sometimes the children working there were not around to assist.

We absolutely loved our stay at Be-One. The hotel provides excellent service and everyone was so nice and friendly. When we were greeted we felt like VIP/honored guests. As we were sipping on a glass of welcome champagne they moved our luggage into our room for us. Antonio was especially helpful and sincere in his kindness. He went through the map with us, gave us tips on tourist destinations and restaurants, and even helped us make reservations. He also helped us understand the culture and customs of Florence. We are very grateful to him as he made our stay and our vacation so wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. When we left for touring they were very prompt in cleaning the room as well. I loved the hardwood floors and the small extra touches around the room. There was fresh fruit and a complimentary bottle of wine on the table when we arrived. Also, the refrigerator was stocked with drinks and some snacks which were also complimentary, and this was a welcome surprise. The bathroom was so great- nice towels and temperature, and we loved the rain-shower. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of a busy square, but the room was nice and quiet with the double paneled glass. I had read reviews that our breakfast would be across the street and guests did not like this, but we were surprised when breakfast was severed to us in the sunroom and was also wonderful. I appreciated the fact that they listened to customer’s inputs and strived to make their hotel better by moving the breakfast into the sunroom. We have so many great things to say about this hotel- we wish we could have stayed longer! The location was perfect- right in between the Duoma and the river. The hotel is unique in the building as well. It was a bit hard to find at first, but that is all part of the adventure. We loved the fact that it felt like we were coming and going from our “flat” as if we actually lived there. Thank you to Be-One for our wonderful stay!
The slippers were too small for my fiancé, but perfect for me. We also didn't quite understand or like some of the "artistic" decor, but it was fun all the same.

Lovely modern decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location as well. They were able to accommodate me with an early check in which I very much appreciated.
The lift was not working in the building but the manager was happy to organise to have the luggage brought up upon arrival. But I can't fault the hotel staff and facilities at all!
